Schedule

Friday, November 6
1:00pm Team Check-in begins. Team space will be assigned to help assist with the ease of parking.
5:15pm Cooks meeting and distribution of 2 pork butts (bone-in)
6:00pm Cooking may begin
Saturday, November 7

Entry/Turn-In Times:
The entry/turn-in times are set as follows for turn in at the receiving table:

8:55am 鈥� 9:05am Pork Competition Turn in to Receiving Tables
9:55am 鈥� 10:05am Ribs Competition Turn in to Receiving Tables
10:55am 鈥� 11:05am Chicken Competition Turn in to Receiving Tables
11:00am People鈥檚 Choice begins
1:00pm People鈥檚 Choice ends
1:30pm Homecoming Football Game Kicks Off!
2:30pm Teams will be recognized on the field during the 1st Quarter of the Homecoming game and winners will be announced.

Registration is $250 which includes 2 bone-in pork butts, 4 Homecoming Football Game Tickets, and 1 parking pass.

Bo鈥檚 Battle 鈥楺UE has the following categories: Pork Butts, Ribs, Chicken and People鈥檚 Choice. The Competition will provide the pork butts, but Teams will be responsible for providing ribs and chicken.  All teams must participate in People鈥檚 Choice.

Awarding of Cash Prizes for Butts, Ribs & Chicken:
1st place in each category 鈥�  $250
2nd place in each category 鈥� $150
3rd place in each category –  $75

People鈥檚 Choice Winner will receive a trophy.

Grand Champion – $750
Reserve Grand Champion – $300
