Open through Dec. 2, this race lets you run at your pace, anywhere and anytime. Participation in this virtual event is free and open to everyone; however, there is an opportunity to donate to the Bulldog Cares Fund. A joint initiative led by ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ Student Development, Student Success, and Financial Planning, the fund provides emergency financial support for GWU students who are facing unexpected barriers that could prevent them from continuing their education. This aid is designed to help with urgent needs and is not a substitute for financial aid. Students must first exhaust all available resources before applying. By giving to Bulldog Cares, donors help students overcome financial obstacles and stay on track to graduate. For those who want to run, register for either a 1.2-mile quick stride to honor the 120-year milestone, or a 12-mile journey for those who want a longer challenge. Run or walk—on the treadmill, at a favorite park, around the neighborhood, or anywhere. Complete the run all at once or break it up over multiple days—just finish by Dec. 2. Every step you take honors the endurance, growth, and spirit that has kept ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ moving forward for more than a century. Share your photos and progress on social media using #RunninStrong120 and inspire others to join in. Show the world that after 120 years, GWU is Runnin’ Strong.
